Queen Line - Ex Demo

The Queen Line has all of the features you'd require of a mixer. Add the ingredients, press go and leave it to do the rest or use in manual mode as usual. 

This is a rare opportunity to buy a single phase Queen 60. We had this custom built in single phase. It's not usually an option.

This mixer has been to the European Pizza Show and used as a demo model for 2 days. It's mixed no dough. Available for delivery week commencing 2nd December.

• Infra Red Dough Temperature Sensor -Set a maximum temperature so dough isn't over mixed
• Dough Illumination -LED lighting gives you the perfect view of the contents of the mixing bowl
• Variable speed from 70-300rpm from 45% to 125%+ hydration
• Set bowl and spiral speed independently of each other
• Manual Mode -Start, stop, temperature, reverse, bowl jog, speed
• Automatic - Recipes, start, stop, timer, pause, speed.
• Machine must be installed and commissioned by a professional. 

Power Requirements

• 16amp blue commando plug or hard wired via fused spur. 16amp minimum power supply needed.
• Machine will arrive with a G type plug installed. This was for demo use at the pizza show only. Please discard. The is not suitable for use under load.
