Returns

Once you have had a return authorised by emailing info@pizzasolutions.co.uk please do the following:

  1. Package up the goods to the same standard as how you received them. Heavy expensive machines should be in a box on a pallet.
  2. Apply the provided shipping labels to the goods making sure any old labels and barcodes have been removed or covered.
  3. Ensure the goods are securely packaged and well protected.
  4. If you have thrown the packaging you'll need to acquire some. We do not supply this.
  5. Please ensure your goods are insured for damage during transit.
