Returns
Once you have had a return authorised by emailing info@pizzasolutions.co.uk please do the following:
- Package up the goods to the same standard as how you received them. Heavy expensive machines should be in a box on a pallet.
- Apply the provided shipping labels to the goods making sure any old labels and barcodes have been removed or covered.
- Ensure the goods are securely packaged and well protected.
- If you have thrown the packaging you'll need to acquire some. We do not supply this.
- Please ensure your goods are insured for damage during transit.
