Shipping policy

General Information

Kerbside Delivery: All deliveries are kerbside unless agreed otherwise.

Estimated Delivery Dates: Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page. Further shipping information is available at checkout.

Amazon Fulfilment (FBA): Easy, Evo and Moon models are generally dispatched the same working day for next day delivery when ordered before 3pm.

3PL Warehouse: Fully automated fulfilment. Delivery is available using your chosen shipping option, including Economy, Economy AM, Next Day and Next Day AM for orders placed before 11:45am. We can also hold your order until you're ready for delivery.

Manual Dispatch: A small number of products are currently dispatched manually while stock is transferred away from Amazon. These are typically dispatched the next working day.

Installation & Access: If you require installation or delivery beyond kerbside, please complete our installation enquiry form.

Timed Deliveries: If you require a timed delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

In-Stock Items

Dispatch: Around 95% of orders are dispatched the same working day, with the remainder dispatched the following working day.

Delivery Method: Next day B2B pallet delivery or Amazon Fulfilment.

Delivery Type: Kerbside only.

Vehicle Access: Deliveries are usually made using large commercial vehicles. Please ensure your delivery location is suitable, or contact us before ordering.

Delivery Times:
Easy, Evo and Moon models may be delivered up to 9pm, seven days a week.
Larger machines are typically delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.

Order Changes: Easy, Evo and Moon orders are processed very quickly and usually cannot be amended once placed. For larger machines, please contact us immediately if changes are required.

Factory Orders

Lead Times: Estimated lead times are shown on each product page.

Delivery Method: Delivered directly from the manufacturer via a B2B pallet network.

Transit Time: Typically 5 to 10 working days once dispatched.

Delivery Hours: Monday to Friday, usually between 8am and 6pm.

Changes & Re-Delivery: Failed deliveries, order amendments or re-delivery requests may incur additional charges.

Overseas Shipping

VAT: UK export orders are zero-rated for VAT. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Terms: Delivered at Place (DAP).

Estimated Delivery Times:
Ireland & Northern Ireland: Approximately 5+ working days.
Jersey, Guernsey and other islands: Approximately 5 to 15 working days.

Delays & Missing Goods

Delays: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier, transport or customs issues outside our control.

Lost Goods Timeframes:
UK shipments: 30 days.
Ireland shipments: 60 days.

Missing Goods: Please report missing items or delivery issues to info@pizzasolutions.co.uk as soon as possible.

Order Accuracy: Please check your delivery details and equipment selection carefully before placing your order.
