Shipping Information
At Pizza Solutions, we aim to keep delivery straightforward and hassle-free for our business customers.
General Information
Kerbside Delivery: All deliveries are kerbside unless agreed otherwise.
Amazon Fulfilment: Easy, Evo and Moon models are often fulfilled by Amazon and usually cannot be cancelled or amended once ordered.
Manual Dispatch: Some machines are currently dispatched manually while we transition stock away from Amazon.
Installation & Access: If you require delivery into your premises or installation, please complete our installation enquiry form.
Timed Deliveries: If you require delivery within business hours, please contact us before ordering.
In-Stock Items
Dispatch: Around 95% of orders are dispatched the same day, with the remainder dispatched the following working day.
Delivery Method: Next-day B2B pallet delivery or Amazon FBA.
Delivery Type: Kerbside only.
Vehicle Size: Deliveries are typically made using 14.5 tonne vehicles or larger.
Delivery Times:
Easy, Evo & Moon models may arrive up to 9pm, 7 days a week.
Larger machines are typically delivered Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm.
Order Changes: Easy, Evo and Moon orders usually cannot be amended once placed. Please contact us immediately regarding larger machines.
Factory Orders
Lead Times: Estimated lead times are shown on product pages.
Delivery Method: Direct from manufacturer via B2B pallet network.
Transit Time: Typically 5–10 working days once dispatched.
Delivery Hours: Monday to Friday, usually between 8am and 6pm.
Changes & Re-Delivery: Failed deliveries, amendments or re-delivery requests may incur additional charges.
Overseas Shipping
VAT: UK export orders are zero-rated for VAT. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Terms: Delivered at Place (DAP).
Estimated Delivery Times:
Ireland & Northern Ireland: Approx. 5+ working days.
Jersey, Guernsey & Islands: Approx. 5–15 working days.
Delays & Missing Goods
Delays: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier or customs issues outside our control.
Lost Goods Timeframes:
UK shipments: 30 days.
Ireland shipments: 60 days.
Missing Goods: Please report missing items or delivery issues to info@pizzasolutions.co.uk as soon as possible.
Order Accuracy: Please ensure delivery details and equipment selections are correct before placing your order.
