Open Box Items: These are machines that have been opened but never used. They are returned in like-new condition. Our usual warranty and returns policy applies. Packaging may be damaged.
Second-Hand Items: These pre-owned machines are sold at a reduced price without a warranty. Price reflects this. Machines have been plugged in and tested, not under load. For peace of mind, you can return for up to 14 days with no restocking fee. Buyer pays/arranges shipping.
Ex Demo: These may have been used for a day or two at a show. See product description for further details. Our usual warranty and returns policy applies. Packaging may be damaged. Scuffs and signs of use may be present.
Mechanically Refurbished: These have been mechanically refurbished, put through the workshop, inspected, adjusted and tested. Our usual warranty and returns policy applies. Packaging may be damaged. Light marks and signs of use may be present.
