• Open Box Items: These are machines that have been opened but never used. They are returned in like-new condition. Our usual warranty and returns policy applies. Packaging may be damaged.
• Second-Hand Items: These pre-owned machines are sold at a reduced price without a warranty. Price reflects this. Machines have been plugged in and tested, not under load. For peace of mind you can return for upto 14 days with no restocking fee. Buyer pays/arranges shipping.
