Collection: Small Mixers

Differences between Small Mixers and some information

The Easy Line and Evo Line use essentially the same mechanical platform. The bowl, spiral, drive system, speed range and mixing performance are the same on equivalent-sized models. The main difference is the controls.

Easy Line – Simple manual controls for start, stop, reverse and fully variable speed. It is the straightforward option if you do not need digital recipes or a touchscreen.

Evo Line – Digital touchscreen controls with fully variable speed, programmable recipes, timer, a dough temperature display and bowl light control. It offers more control and repeatability, but the underlying mixer is mechanically much the same as the equivalent Easy Line.

Which should you choose? – Choose the Easy Line if you want simple, hands-on controls. Choose the Evo Line if programmable recipes and digital features are useful to you.

Intended use – The Easy and Evo models are compact countertop mixers intended for light-duty occasional use, typically around three to five mixes per week. If you expect to exceed this regularly, or need a machine for heavier day-to-day or back to back production, please consider one of our heavy-duty professional models instead. These are designed for more demanding commercial workloads.
