Divide dough into 15 or 22 equal pieces. 

22 ball version - Min 50g Max 300g dough ball

15 ball version - Min 100g Max 430g dough ball

This divider is super gentle on the dough. 

Want smaller or larger balls? Simply make the large dough ball smaller or larger.

Create a large dough ball, place it in the Nova dough tray, dust with flour, place tray into Nova, pull down the lever, when firm, slide the secondary leaver across to the right and pull the long lever down to the bottom and divide the dough.
