Black Wood-Fire Control Kit for both Dome (Gen 2) and Dome XL (Gen 2). It is not for Tread. The kit adds a stainless rack that keeps logs off the stone, plus airflow control and a boost, so a wood or charcoal fire can be turned up or down more like a gas flame. Use it to roast, to add wood smoke, or to run a lower charcoal fire. A heavy-gauge stainless rack is included, and so is a USB-C rechargeable battery of the same type as the oven display.
Specifications
- Compatibility: Dome (Gen 2) and Dome XL (Gen 2)
- Rack and peels: on Dome XL the rack leaves room for every peel size. On the smaller Dome it suits the standard and large peels (12 inch and 14 inch), not the extra-large peel
- Air: adjustable airflow, with a boost setting to drive the fire harder
- Power: rechargeable battery, shared format with the thermometer dock
