Topazio
Supplied as a single, fully assembled module. Requires suitable access for delivery and installation. 

Zaffiro
Features refractory floor and ceiling as standard. Modular construction allows it to fit through openings as narrow as 45cm. The oven floor temperature can also be fine-tuned from front to back for greater baking control.

Opale
Fitted with a Biscotto floor and refractory ceiling and side walls. Offers independent top and bottom temperature control, programmable settings, and an open-front design that replicates the feel and performance of a traditional wood-fired oven.
