Short turning peel for rotating a pizza while it cooks, paired with Tread and Arc Lite. Use a placement peel to launch, and this one to turn. The blade is a single piece of stainless steel, wide enough to lift and spin a 12 inch pizza, with a chamfered edge. The shorter handle keeps the movement tight.
