Sunmix QUEEN Tipper Spiral Dough Mixer
The Sunmix QUEEN Tipper is a high-capacity tipping spiral dough mixer designed for bakeries and pizzerias producing large volumes of dough. Built to handle heavy doughs and continuous production environments, the machine allows the bowl to tip directly onto a work surface, making dough extraction fast, efficient and far less labour intensive.
The pulse bowl rotation function helps improve dough extraction and handling, while the enclosed design helps reduce flour and water leakage during operation. Available in both Classic Line and Queen Line configurations, the Autoribaltante range is suited to artisan bakeries, industrial bakeries and large-scale pizza production.
The Classic Line features traditional 2-speed manual controls and timers, while the Queen Line adds touchscreen controls, double inverter technology, variable speed control, LED lighting, recipe storage and temperature monitoring.
