Hire Terms and Conditions

1. Hire Duration:

• The machine is available for 14 days from the date of delivery unless agreed otherwise.
• Example: If received on 1st June, it must be secured, wrapped, and ready for collection by 16th June.

2. Condition on Return:

• The machine must be returned clean. A £45 cleaning fee will apply if not cleaned properly.
• Normal wear and tear is acceptable.
• Any damage caused by misuse will be charged. Photos and videos are taken before dispatch, and we recommend you document the machine upon arrival.

3. Hire Extensions:

• If you wish to extend your hire, please contact us as soon as possible.
• It is your responsibility to inform us at the end of the hire period to arrange return or request an extension.
• Failure to do so will extend your hire into additional weeks, charged at the weekly rate.

4. Weekly Charging Policy:

• Hire is charged per full week. Partial weeks (e.g., 3 extra days) will still incur a full week’s charge.

5. Return Packaging:

• The machine must be secured to its original pallet using ratchet straps and removal blankets and packaged in its original materials the same as when it arrived.

6. New Customers:

• First-time customers must provide their business name, company number, and a valid form of ID before dispatch.
