Black door for the Dome XL (Gen 2) only. It is double-walled and insulated, with openings for the meat probes, so you can bake, hot-smoke or roast slowly with the mouth closed. The shell is ceramic-coated 304 steel and the handle is acacia. Used with the oven’s thick stone and insulation, it gives a closed chamber for smoking, slow roasting and baking.

Care & Maintenance
Do not hang the door while the gas burner is alight. Turn the gas dial off and wait until the flame is out before the door goes on. On wood or charcoal, use the door over embers only, never over an open flame.
