This divider is super gentle on the dough.
Want smaller or larger balls? Simply make the large dough ball smaller or larger.
Create a large dough ball, place it in the Nova dough tray, dust with flour, place tray into Nova, pull down the lever, when firm, slide the secondary leaver across to the right and pull the long lever down to the bottom and divide the dough.
