This is the latest machine from Sunmix. Same drivetrain and components as the Top Line but with programmable touch screen, reverse, light, and IR temperature sensor. Upgraded motors now so suitable for dough down to 50% hydration. An excellent machine for small/start-up bakeries.

Warranty: 12 months parts and labour (parts only on international sales)

Electrical: Machine must be installed and commissioned by a professional. Requires type C RCBO. It may be necessary to remove the EMC filter screw if installed on an asymmetrical ground system. 18amp – plug not supplied.
