Sunmix Moon Dough Rounder: Compact & Powerful
We nearly always have new stock in production or in transit. If the machine you’re looking for isn’t currently in stock, you can place a factory order and we’ll fulfil it as soon as the next unit arrives.
All our machines are produced by hand, so lead times are estimates rather than guarantees. As a general guide, delivery is usually around 60 days, but it can be shorter or longer depending on production schedules, holidays, shipping, and component availability. Things do change, staff holidays, illness, and supply delays can all have an impact so please bear this in mind when placing a factory order.
Compact Size: The unit measures 45cm wide, 59cm deep, and 80cm tall, making it suitable for fitting under a standard counter.
Consistent Results: It rounds dough perfectly, even in high-demand environments. As good if not better than a human!
Hydration Range: It handles dough with 40-90% hydration, though hydration levels above 70% require some skill.
Durable & Safe: Constructed from food-grade materials, ensuring safe and reliable dough handling.
User-Friendly: Features adjustable speed control and a Teflon-coated auger that is easy to clean.
Efficient: The rounder speeds up dough preparation without compromising quality.
Custom Colours: Available in Rosso Rubino (red), Nero Profondo (black), and Bianco Puro (white).
Technical Features: Includes a stainless steel tray, wheels with brakes, and variable speed settings.

Important Care Instructions
Ensure the auger, disc, and barrel are removed and cleaned daily. Grease the bottom of the auger shaft regularly. Do not place any components in a dishwasher, wash by hand only. Do not drop the auger into the machine from a height. Lower it in carefully, support the weight, and twist until it seats fully in place.
Dough rounders are not suitable for bulk-fermented dough. You may need to adjust your process or recipe, but with some experimentation it is possible to achieve results comparable to your previous method.
