We always have new stock on its way over. If you can't find the machine you desire in stock, order here and we'll fulfil as soon as a machine arrives into stock. Maximum 60 days typically but usually much sooner.

Hydration Range: It handles dough with 40-90% hydration, though hydration levels above 70% require some skill.

Important Care Instructions

Ensure the auger, disc, and barrel are removed and cleaned daily. Grease the bottom of the auger shaft regularly. Do not put components in the dishwasher; wash by hand only.

Dough rounders are not compatible with bulk fermented dough. Adjustments to your process or recipe may be needed, but with careful experimentation, you can achieve similar results as before using the dough rounder.
