Sunmix Flat Line Spiral Dough Mixer

The Sunmix Flat Line range has arrived. Effectively a Top Line with a flat lid and side-mounted controls, bringing it in at under 85cm tall so it fits beneath a counter. Ideal for smaller kitchens.

Designed for bakeries and pizzerias running consistent production, particularly doughs above 60% hydration. Built for reliability in daily use.

Due to having the smaller 2.2kW motor take hydration straight up to 60% or further if possible. If straining, reduce capacity or increase hydration until machine is happy.

Motor: 2.2kW single motor, reduced motor size to enable to be used on 13 amp 3 pin G type plug. Plug not supplied

Variable Speed: 50–300 RPM

Delivery

In-stock items: Next-day kerbside delivery is available at checkout.

Backordered items: Usually shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you’re not ready to accept delivery when your order is ready to ship, we can arrange for it to come to our York premises first. An additional delivery charge may apply when we send it on to you.

Warranty: 12 months parts & labour (parts-only international). Machine must be professionally installed and commissioned by a competent person.

Electrical:
Can be run from a standard 3-pin plug. RCBO may need upgrading to Type C. Plug not supplied.
