Turning peel for moving a pizza during the bake in a Dome (Gen 2) or Dome XL (Gen 2). The head is for lifting and rotating, not for launching. Launch with a placement peel.
Specifications
- Overall length: 900 mm (35 in)
- Blade: pressed and welded perforated stainless steel, teardrop shape, 203 mm (8 in) across
- Handle: FSC beech, 28 mm (1 in) diameter, so the balance sits nearer the hand
- Other: moulded parts in certified ocean-bound recycled plastic, and a metal hanging loop
