Aluminium placement peel for launching a pizza, in the 16 inch size. Extra-large blade for the biggest pizzas that fit a Dome XL (Gen 2). The head is for loading the oven. Turn the pizza with a separate turning peel. Perforations let loose flour drop through so it is less likely to burn on the base. The round head is a guide for a round pizza, and the shaped handle is meant to slide through the hand as you launch.
